At Work Root Venture, our mission is to address one of Nepal's most pressing challenges – the issue of youth leaving the country for foreign employment. We are dedicated to facilitating the reintegration of returned migrant workers by connecting them with potential investors and mentors. Together, we strive to establish new businesses and generate employment opportunities within Nepal. Our ultimate goal is to become a major contributor in combating youth foreign employment and reversing the brain drain trend, fostering a prosperous and self-sustaining future for the nation.
Vision
At Work Root Venture, our vision is to tackle one of Nepal's most critical issues – the exodus of youth seeking foreign employment. By the year 2024, we aspire to establish over 1000 ventures through our platform, fostering entrepreneurship and job creation within the country. Our ultimate aim is to positively impact the lives of more than 10,000 individuals, empowering them to build sustainable livelihoods and contribute to Nepal's growth and prosperity. Through our relentless dedication and collaborative efforts, we envision a future where the youth are inspired to stay, thrive, and lead the transformation of Nepal's economic landscape.
